Hi, my name is Taylor and I’m the creator of ChurchStreamPro. I spent several years working as a professional AV installation technician, helping churches set up livestream systems using PTZOptics cameras, Blackmagic switchers, NewTek/Vizrt equipment, Atlona control hardware, and more. Through that work, I talked with countless volunteers who cared deeply about serving their church but often felt intimidated by the technical side of livestreaming.
I started ChurchStreamPro because smaller and mid-sized churches deserve clear, simple help that isn’t full of jargon or sales pressure. Most online tutorials assume a high level of technical skill, but many church volunteers are just trying to get through Sunday with confidence. My goal is to create a place where production systems and livestreaming finally feels understandable.
With a film background and real-world AV installation experience, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges churches face — from confusing audio setups to camera control issues to network problems that appear five minutes before the service starts. That experience helps me explain things in a way that makes sense for beginners.
All the guides, tutorials, and gear recommendations on this site are completely free and written for volunteers who want practical help they can actually use. Whether your church is streaming with one camera or building a more complete setup, I want ChurchStreamPro to feel like a friendly guide you can rely on. I have trained many church volunteers in person and know many of the questions that come up.
If your church ever has livestreaming questions — big or small — feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help churches improve their livestream without the stress.
